Complicated settings are not needed.

Electricity consumption may be controlled for some electro-dynamic shakers by hand, but it is quite difficult to optimize the consumption, depending on testing conditions and tested pieces. But our Eco-shaker can achieve efficiency optimization, depending on the test conditions.

You can confirm the result of reduction of CO2 and electricity consumption at glance.

You can implement vibration simulation testing at the optimized power automatically in the same procedures as conventional ones, by combining it with IMV’s vibration controller “K2”. You can confirm real-time electricity consumption during testing, and so you can get figure of reduced electricity per each test.

Improvement of operations atmosphere

You can expect improvement of operations atmosphere from low noise.

Noise to be arisen from vibration testing equipment may limit operator’s work and its location. Our Eco-shaker can control engine of blower at minimum and optimized speed, which can realize a cut of wasted consumption and low level of noise by reducing the speed depending on the testing conditions.
