Concept・Feature

Simultaneous Measurements
Support of quick and easy measurements There many functions to express characteristics of vibration. However, it is necessary for the conventional vibrometers that same point is measured plural times switching objective functions one by one.
CardVibro which has simultaneous measurement function can measure Displacement, Velocity, Acceleration and Acceleration Envelope for Bearing Condition Assessment simultaneously just being pressed on the measurement start key.

FFT Analysis
For investigation of cause of vibration If the measured magnitude of vibration is too large, cause investigation by FFT is recommended. CardVibro Neo is possible to perform Frequency Analysis only by the minimum condition setting . Try fine analysis with 1600lines on the small body. CardVibro Neo could be your strong handheld weapon to root out the harmful vibration.

Data Saving
Important basic function All Data acquired can be saved. If the PDA compatible to the storage card as SD card is used, more Data are possible to be saved. Data can be transferred to P.C. for more efficient handling by using Data handling software.

Evaluation function
Evaluation at the site Vibration You may want to make evaluation of conditions of the rotational machineries as blowers or motors at the site by just measuring their vibrations. With CardVibro Neo, such evaluation is possible according to the standard for the Vibration Severity ISO-10816 (JIS-0906) and the criteria set by the world largest bearing manufacture SKF are available for evaluation of bearing vibration.

Waveform Observation
Status change of vibration can be known by looking. Each waveform 10second (max) in length on the tome axis can be displayed.

Compatible to 3 pickups of respective concept
One CardVibro acts roles of 3 Vibrometerts 3 kinds of Pickups: Piezoelectric type for use in wide frequency range, Electrodynamic type suitable for small amplitude displacement and Piezo-resistive type for low frequency vibration are prepared to be selected. This is the first vibrometer to be compatible to 3 kinds of Pickups which are selectable according to the purpose of measurements.

Evaluation of Propriety of measured Data

Improper mounting of the sensor will ruin the priority of measurements. Evaluation function based upon the patented principle (PAT 2007-064819 by Prof. Jinyama of Mie University) is equipped.

PDA Function
Vibration Measurement and more・・・・ DDigital Assistants (PDA) function of the display unit of CardVibro, can be used as a Calculator to figure out frequency or Scheduler to resister your schedule or means to check the protocol etc at the site linking to your P.C. Other various useful functions are provided.
